Katrina is an Attorney with sensory disability but that has not held her back nor prevented her from practicing law. She is a member of NAAD - National Association of Attorneys With Disabilities and has played a major role in the ABA Commission on Disability Rights. Katrina is also a single mother with two lovely Children.
Katrina's practice focuses on patent, trademark, copyright, and licensing law. She counsels clients on all aspects of protecting their valuable trademarks and copyrights, and help clients monetize their intellectual property via licensing agreements. She represents clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She is admitted to active practice in New York and represents clients throughout the United States and internationally.
During that time, she served on the editorial board of her school’s Journal of Small and Emerging Business Law. She received a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and microbiology with a degree in Legal translation and interpretation (EN-FR/FR-EN). She also obtained a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from the Boston University School of Law.
Katrina's other accomplishments include working with Rotary Clubs and other arts and charitable causes.
